FOR CUSTOMERS OF BIANDECO 

If Customer wishes to receive a non-exclusive commercial license to any user generated content available on the Biandeco platform, Customer may notify Biandeco of the same via the platform. Biandeco will endeavor to facilitate such request via an electronic request submitted to the applicable copyright licensor. For greater certainty, Biandeco does not guarantee that a license or acquisition will be agreed with any copyright licensor making user generated content available on the Biandeco platform nor that the copyright licensor has the rights indicated to grant to Customer. Customer is directly responsible for the legal implications of any rights granted. Any agreement reached for such rights is strictly between Customer and the applicable copyright licensor and not with Biandeco. Content may be subject to other terms and rights including but not limited to those outlined in the Instagram terms of service. 

FOR CONTENT HOLDERS 

Biandeco facilitates the acquisition of content rights on behalf of its Customers. By granting rights to your user generated content in response to a request by a Biandeco Customer, you agree to provide the Customer with worldwide, non-exclusive commercial rights to your content. You are not under any obligation to license your content to third parties and any agreement you conclude with a Biandeco Customer via a request made by Biandeco for licensing or sale of content is strictly between you and that Customer. Content may be subject to other terms and rights including but not limited to those outlined in the Instagram terms of service.
